The The Riverside Regional Library Board of Trustees
conducted a meeting on Call to Order Following a buffet dinner and entertainment (songs by Hollie Roth, Roberta Brown, and Steve Grant), the meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Board Treasurer, Randal Friend in the absence of President James Marks and Vice-President Linda Sebaugh. Roll Call Members present were: Bill Phillips, Kathy Carron, June Ernst, Randal Friend, Tom Gross JoAnn Hahs, Emil Lohmann, Kathy Lynn, Janet Randolph and Myrna Cheek. Members absent were: Steve Burk, James Marks, Kathy Panagos, Linda Sebaugh and Debbie Nelson. Also present were Director Nancy Howland and Recording Secretary Stephanie Grant. Approval of Minutes A motion was made Janet Randolph to approve the minutes as read. There was a second by Kathy Lynn and the motion carried unanimously. The Allowance for Bills and Financial Report were then presented. A motion was made by JoAnn Hahs and seconded by Kathy Lynn to approve the Allowance for Bills and the Financial Report as read.
