• At Jackson, Deanna Johnston started work December 2, 2008 and resigned later that month after taking a job at Kent Library. 
• Melinda Dietz, Part-time Library Clerk at Central, who started work at Jackson on December 10, 2008
• Office Manager-Bookkeeper Stephanie Grant’s  last day was February 6, 2009. 
• Roberta Brown began as our new full-time Office Manager-Bookkeeper on February 25, 2009.
• Sarah Luehrs worked as a part-time Clerk at Jackson June 4 to October 3, 2009.
• Sarah Amschler started work as a new substitute at Altenburg.
• Robin Long returned as a part-time Clerk at Jackson for the summer.
• Novena Bollinger was promoted from full-time Clerk to Technical Services Assistant Supervisor.
• Sandy Welker was promoted September 18 from part-time Clerk to Full-time Clerk in Circulation.
• Monique Evans was hired as a part-time Clerk at Jackson.  Ending date October 5.
• Stephanie Bogues was hired as a part-time Clerk at Jackson.
• Milissa Sprenger was hired as a substitute for the Scott County branches.
• Katelyn Jones was hired as a part-time Clerk at Jackson starting October 7, 2009.
• Janie Johnson was promoted from part-time Clerk to Full-time Clerk in Technical Services on October 19.
• Gwenell Streeter, former Riverside substitute in Scott County, is now Part-Time Clerk working 10 hours per week at Oran and 9-10 hours per week at Benton.  Start date November 2, 2009.
• Darlene Carre, former Riverside substitute in Scott County, is now Part-Time Clerk working 20 hours per week at Scott City.  Start date October 20, 2009.
• Delores Heiserer, new substitute for Oran and Benton.  Start date October 21, 2009.
• Leslie Stevens, new substitute for Scott County.  Start date November 9, 2009.
• Patrick Longstreet, long-time Assistant Branch Manager in Scott County, passed away early in the morning of Friday, November 13, 2009, after a long illness.  He will be dearly missed.
• Annual staff Performance Evaluations were conducted in September.
