Riverside Regional Library

• • Children’s Librarian, Lynn Farrow, visited area schools to publicize the Summer Reading Club and/or to present book programs.  She also visited area preschools and daycares throughout the year to present storytime programs for children.

   

  • Perryville Branch Manager, Julie Sauer, was asked to speak at the Extension office during a seminar they were having on Starting your own Business and what resources are available at the library.  She provided them with websites, books available in the library, magazines and Inter Library Loan services.

   

  • Bernice Kern represented the Library in doing a skit at the Oran school system promoting the importance of preparing for the M.A.P. testing in April. When introduced she put in a big advertisement for the summer reading program at the library.
